Your Privacy Choices

How to stop us sharing your information for advertising, and how to see or delete what we hold.

What we share, and with whom

Like most online shops, we use advertising and analytics partners. Doing that involves sharing identifiers — things like a cookie ID, a device identifier or a hashed email — along with what you looked at on this site. Under California law and several other US state laws, that counts as 'selling' or 'sharing' your personal information even though no money changes hands for it. We do not sell your name, address or payment details to anyone.

Opt out of sale and sharing

Two ways, both of which we honour:

Automatically. This site respects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a privacy extension sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser and you need do nothing else.

By asking us. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Do not sell or share my personal information”. Include the email address you use with us so we can find your record. We will confirm when it is done.

Your other rights

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit how we use sensitive information. Ask for any of these at [email protected]. We will respond within the period your law requires, and we will never treat you differently — worse prices, worse service — for exercising a privacy right.

Someone acting for you

An authorised agent can make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof that you authorised them, and we may ask you to confirm it directly before we act.

If we say no

We will tell you why in writing, and you can appeal by replying to that message. If you are still not satisfied you can complain to your state Attorney General or data protection authority. The full detail of what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
